Haslizwärgewäg II from Käserstatt to Lischenen by Tim and Ella Tili

Son and daughter of Anet, Hans-Peter, Andy and Kath, a careful study of the map preceeds any adventure! Today we follow the trail of the Haslizwärge, the gnomes of Hasliberg!
Ella Tili, Andy and Tim at the start of the trail!

For these strange birds - said to be gnomes that the Gaulihäx, the whitch of the Gauli glacier has turned into ugly birds - we had to look for all along the trail! Tim and Ella Tili did extremely well in spotting them through all sorts of binoculars high up in the trees!

Ringing on the bell of Raurinde and Muggestutz - anybody at home? Not this day, too many children and parents on their way! What cannot be seen: both Tim and Ella Tili had climbed a 2m high ladder to ring this bell, without any fear!
Cooking in the gnome houses was the hit, both for Tim and Ella Tili! Hard to move them any further from there!

Tim on the search of fresh herbs for the gnome kitchen cooking! And below says Tim: no way we are leaving this house already! Teddy Bear wants to stay a little longer, too!
A great, but also challenging day! It was a long trail for four short but sturdy legs, and for Tim quite a long time away from Anet, Lars and Daddy! Tim, we hope you join us soon again never the less, we enjoyed your company! Ella Tili, Andy and Katharina from Tramelan and Münchenbuchsee look forward to this! And for other parents: the Haslizwerg trails from Käserstatt and Mägisalp rank for us among the best kids adventures, right behind Dählhölzli Zoo and the hot bathes in Yverdon - however, preferably choose a day with not such a great weather forecast and leave early afternoon rather than in the morning, in order to avoid the masses, and pack Cervelats rather than any other meat for lunch, so you can eat them without frying, just in case firewood runs out of stock, as it happened with us! And then enjoy!
