There are four years between the two pictures above and below - in between we returned to Dar with baby Ella Tili, she spent time in the African carrying cloth on Lucy's back, we then had three good years in Switzerland, and Mama gradually returned to biking, riding and all the sports she loves...below at the end of a two day biking trip Andy and I undertook from Basel to St. Ursanne this summer. It is now late autumn, and over the last months ET has developed into such a mature follow me biker that there seems no reason any longer not to do these trips the three of us together in the future - it is so great to have her with us on these little and big adventures Andy and myself treasure. One sad thought however remains with me when looking at the pictures - good old lad Castor no longer is with us, patiently trotting by our side or preferrably ahead. We continue to miss him dearly.
